near ramakrishna lunch home You can contact them and book in advance

I stayed here for three days last Nov (2011). The rent for A/c deluxe suit is Rs 1250/- p.day.
It is walkable distance from the rear entrance of the temple. Only disadvantges is there is no restaurant attached. But the accomodation was pretty neat and clean.

We have stayed there and it is a decent one.it is on the rear side of the temple.booking can be done over phone.since you are planning to go there on saturday,it is better

From Guruvayoor you can go to Thiruvanjikalam ( Avatar sthalam of Kulashekar Alwar). You have a beautiful Srinivasa temple built by our Velukuddi Krishnan Swami in South India style.
